Now the "fun" begins. Hopefully, the clan will all be back under one roof by July 17^th. We're still waiting on the finalization of the Seattle house "stuff" (and hoping it goes well).

I didn't do much before the previous post but glance at the Redfin listings that came up for my specific MLS#'s, but I had a chance to play with it a bit and it's probably one of the best real estate search tools out there.

For us, the best view is bringing up a map area, add some filtering criteria and scroll through the listings.

It's a shame this isn't a nation-wide tool, but it works for our purposes!

I'm tired. I didn't think a day of looking @ houses could be tiring, but it is. We went all over and I liked two places, but this one, over in West Seattle, is - as far as I'm concerned - our new house.

It just needs to stay on the market long enough, and not go up in price, before our current home sells.
