Google announced AIM integration with GTalk... nice!

HardMac reports that Google Talk now works in Safari. I've confirmed that this is true, but not for Google hosted domains.

Nonetheless, this is still cool and makes the Mac a first-class Google citizen. Now I just need to see if it works in Mobile Safari! UPDATE: It doesn't.
